My project today:
- Order the ruffler! Like … really order the ruffler attachment.
- Decide which bed gets it:
- Upstairs twin daybed/guest/sewing room?
- Downstairs double bed?
- Master bedroom? (Right off my new white bathroom decor with a ruffled wastebasket.)
Think my husband would deal with this?
(biz is really busy. 200 yards of teardrop fringe purchased by chance. 12 large white beaded tassels to another. i am so thankful! but, busy. i’m gaining hope that the inventory will leave making for a fresh start complete with space for the ribbon loop and seam binding.)

I love ruffles, you will love the ruffle foot for your sewing machine it does an amazing job. Have fun. You have to look up Dorothy's ruffles curtains have bought her curtains over 30 yrs ago and have made several pairs the same.

That is a lot of ruffles! I can't wait to see what you do with the attachment. I lurv Anthropologie, I can spend a great deal of time in their store, only it takes me an hour to get there. I luv the uniqueness. I was JUST looking at their websites hair accessories 2 days ago. I needed a headband for my girl, and I saw one that has 3 roses on the side. I decided to make my own headband for her.. but totally different, and no cost to me.. gotta luv that!
Wonderful, sweet, and makes me want to play on the bed.. Grandma's not looking is she.. So fun...
Definitley get a ruffler foot for your sewing machine, or you'll go crazy trying to pull it all in by hand.
NO - your husband will not cope. Plus he'd only sit on the ruffles and crease them. I'd put them in the guest bed or sewing room, where they'll be admired and treated with respect.
Hope you're still going ahead with those cushions!
gosh, what an amazing set. i would feel like the "princess and the pea" in that bed. in the best possible way, of course!

Love the idea but, if your hubby is like my hubby that would be TOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO over the top for ruffles for him. And, it would not stay clean... boys can be so dirty. Charlene
